Dana’s Private practice focuses on adults, those suffering or recovering from cancer and their family members, and victims of violent crime. As a recent cancer survivor herself, Dana believes it is essential that cancer patients and their families have a safe environment to process this experience. Her therapeutic philosophy centers on each person’s individual life journey and helping people to stay on the path of that life journey.  The emphasis is on assisting each person in defining and achieving their own goals.  Her approach is cognitive in nature, reality based, directive, and sometimes educational.
